The variant is loaded with standard eight-speed tiptronic transmission. The diesel variant of Audi A8 might be loaded with 3.0 TDI quattro diesel engine that develops 290 PS of peak power at 4850-6500 rpm and 550 Nm of peak torque at 1500-3000 rpm.
